February 14th, 2010 marked Member Care Ministry’s event entitled “Nobody, Nobody but You” A Marriage Enrichment Seminar held at Manuel Rojas Elem. School Multipurpose Hall, participated by over 20 couples plus married couples with partners abroad or on work duty. VCF (Alabang) Pastor Chico V. Peña and wife Mary Anne were the resource speakers of the nearly 4-hour seminar/workshop. The said seminar consisted of 4 sessions:

Session 1: Heart to Heart which discussed the difference between man’s and God’s heart in marriage.

Session 2: Talked about understanding the differences between a man and a woman, being created uniquely by God, understanding the needs of the husband/wife, knowing the different love languages.

Session 3: Do You Have Time?

This session identified the top 5 reasons why couples can’t fulfill their plans, described the typical workweek of a busy person, and stressed on devoted time and not leftover time for each other. It challenged the couples to really make the time for regular undivided attention, despite financial or living situation – and even plan ahead and trust God to provide for their “dates.” It stressed on the ideal order of priorities of a married individual which is God, spouse, children, work, and ministry.

Session 4: “Fine-Tuning Your Marriage” guided the participants to identify the areas that need realignment with God’s will, rebuked and reminded them to take care of the blind or weak side of each other .
